i have a cold or the flu right now...my body is aching, i keep getting the chills, i have a bad sore throat, and my chest is all congested so i'm weazing. i was wondering what you all think of running through something like that. i'm in the middle of training for cross, i was intending on going 65-70 mins today and 90-95 mins tommorow. will it make the flu that much worse if i try to run through it? maybe try a moderated version of what i had planned? let me know what you think.
