i just watched McD's interview after the 10 yesterday on Flotrack...his thought process makes no sense. He ran 14.30, then 28.58, and 13.41 back-to-back. And his rationalization was that before all his races this year he's done a workout of 4-6 400s the day before. How in the hell does that figure into the 20k of racing he just did in 3 days.
I like the kid but I can't believe he actually thought he could win either if racing both.

Womens race was f***ing nuts. I never have seen so much pasing between 2 people in 3 laps.

... Yeah, I watched that interview and thought it was bizarre as well. Can't figure out why he just didn't just pick one event and go for the win.
