Do you even know what her offenses were? She was caught violating her probation not ONCE but TWICE on a SUSPENDED LICENSE. And don't give me this crap about her county, it was a Superior Court judge. I will agree with the 10% rule but to say that her sentence was too harsh is off the wall
Um, yes, I know the FACTS of the case and I don't personally think it was too harsh, but that's not the point. In the interest of FAIRNESS, even with all of her defiance, she was given a more stringent sentence than others would have received (if you worked in the LA County system, you would know this). You may believe she deserved a moderate jail sentence or more, and that's fine, but everyone is focusing on this case as if though she was given a pass, when, in reality, she was given LESS leeway because of her celebrity. Of course, you'll never see one Al Sharpton even making a soft reference to this point.
Anyhow, what a waste of everyone's time talking about this case ad nauseum. Have a nice day.
