I've been running approx 40 -55 miles a week for a month. I've only been doing regular runs, long runs, strides and one tempo.
In the past I was more of an 800 and 1500 type guy. This weekend should i race the 1500 or 3000? I haven't done anything "quick" besides strides. While my footspeed seems to have returned from strides I am unsure of my middle distance strength.
Albeit both distances are middle distance, which will I be better suited for?
