So, sometimes when I'm running my legs feel tired. What do you think I could run the 1600 meter mile in? Would it be best for me to go out really hard, like at a sprint for the first 50 meters, and then just kind float until the last 50 meters? Or do you think that might make my legs feel even more tired?
