Oh shut up.
It does not matter if she is fast or slow. All runners have a right to run without being harassed in any way. I've been harassed many times while running and cycling. It sucks...it's just something you have to deal with.
You should just adopt a Zen-like attitude when this happens. Cambodians are especially good at this. They have a way of mentally ignoring things that they don't like or understand, as if it doesn't exist at all.
runner girl is very cool, good post
Good opening post txRUNNERgirl.
I used to enjoy country routes following footpaths across fields. Every so often you'd cross into a field full of cows. It was impossible to know what they were going to do. Sometimes they'd just carry on munching grass whereas at other times they'd swarm over and run alongside you. Do you slow down or run quicker?

Why is it that when I run a fartlek workout people I know drive by and toot only on the slow parts when I am sweaty and breathing hard, but going slowly?

flatulating while I'm running with the hot babe from the office.
Uh oh .... I feel the poopy pants stories coming on.
the other day i saw a parent and their kid was on some sort of lease looking device. it was hooked somewhere close to the back of the childs neck. anyone else see this. im glad some parents treat their kids like pets.
One time I was running and this guy looked at me, and I looked at him. to make a long story short, we looked at each other at the same time, but didn't want each other to know we looked, gosh that was soooooo awkward. I try not to look at stuff anymore! HHAAHAHAHA
I find it somewhat puzzling when I pass some lady wearing her head phones on the bike path and she freaks out. I think to myself, if your so damn jumpy, then why don't you take the earphones off so you can hear approaching potential predators?
Another time when I was running across a bridge and I pass a bag lady who was pushing a shopping cart. She shreiks as I pass. I am not that quiet of a runner, but I didn't mean to startle her.
Female coach having affair with male runner. Should I report it?
If Daniel's and Pfitz are outdated..then where do I look for modern training plans?
