This week I did a 8x400m workout with 75s rest. My times were:
64
66
69
66
65
64
64
62
My mile pr is 4:30, but I think I can go faster. I haven't really raced it much this year. Can anyone tell me about what I can run?

with that kind of evenly paced workout at such speeds, 4:10 easily

if you are not going to help him, why do you even post. Well you are defiently under for 4:30, and you proved you have strength by dropping down the times by the end of the workout, but it could have been you were just dogging it early on, 69 second 400m don't really show anything. Plus, I don't know if the last 62 second 400m was all out or a relaxed effort. However, I would say you are somewhere between 4:20 and 4:30, betting you are closer to 4:23-4:25 than 4:27-4:29. The best way to find out is just get in a good race where you are going to be pushed and just hang on. Best of luck.
The 69 was because someone else was pacing that one and tried to slow down. I don't think the last 400 was all out, but it was certainly a hard effort.
Thanks for the advice to yeppp, and it's good to know that I can run 4:10, first guy! Thanks for your insightful comments.
