What is the technologic barrier to creating a heart rate monitor that takes your pulse off of your wrist as part of the watch. All the strapless monitors that I can find are "on demand" monitors...i.e., you hold your fingers on two sensors and it takes your pulse. I remember seeing an adidas brand heart rate monitor a few years ago that worked "continuously" without the chest strap, but haven't been able to find it again anywhere online.
I just want an all in one watch/heart rate monitor/distance (gps?) unit that you wear on your wrist...
Am I the only one who feels this way?
