Hi, I am currently out injured at the moment for at least another 4 weeks and have been injured since January with Patella Femoral Syndrome/Chondormalacia Patellae. Prior to injury my PBs off 20 miles a week were 17.50 (5k) and 36.30 (10k). Having been injured for so long how long will it take me to get back to those times given that I have done a little cycling and was on low mileage anyway? I plan on easing myself in with some 20minute runs here and there before getting back up to 20miles a week and then hopefully progressing onto 50-60 miles a week before end of summer.
