Oh please. Rupp HAS run sub 4 minute mile. Furthermore in the spring, he ran a closing lap in the 1500M in 52 seconds. Doesn't have the speed? If you are going to be wrong, at least try to be wrong for the right reasons.
Eventually the biggest road block to Rupp not breaking 13 in the 5K is him simply not running it, or if he does, not having the race play out the way it did for Ritz in his AR. Once Rupp develops his endurance base, 13:00 is very doable.
