How many of you will be watching the streaming coverage on the internet of the London marathon?
I'm on the east coast.. so I'll probably get up around 4am to watch with a cup of coffee.
I'm pulling for Ryan Hall to do the upset.

I'm watching for sure - 4am my time too
What should all the letsrun.comers do to commemorate everyone who wakes up at 4 am (men's race starts at 4:45 am) to watch London? We should come up with something.
I'm actually in Arizona for a wedding. So the men's race for me is at 1:45-3:45 am.
I'm in CO so I'll be watching at 2am.
Bad thing is I have a race at 9am Sunday morning. I'm going to get screwed on sleep but theres no way I'm missing out on seeing London live.
I'm a 3:00 o'clocker. Leaning towards getting up.

Same here. It's worth it.
where do you get to watch it on line?
its free.
3:00am, back to sleep at 5:30.
I'll be up at 2:00. I have nothing important to do tomorrow anyway.
What's wrong with all you people? Is watching a marathon just so damn exciting that you can't do the smart thing and wake up to watch the last 10k, when all the action starts anyway? I'm sorry, but watching dudes run for an hour and a half straight with some monotonous, redundant commentary trying to spice up the action is just pathetic. Even when I was a competitive runner, I couldn't stand watching events over 1500 meters. Running is even more boring than NASCAR.

Maybe you just haven't experienced watching a marathon in one window while letsrunning in another window. It's actually pretty fuggin entertaining.
agreed. I, for one, will be up at 4AM sharp.
"Get a life" is a ping pong player. too bad! I wouldn't get up to watch a ping pong match either.
Thanks for the info on the free broadcast. Just over 5 hours to go....

Running could be less boring if they let people camp out and drink beer in the middle of the track like in Nascar.
west cost is messed up. it is right in the middle of getting up early and going to bed late. 1 am for the women isn't to late if it was a 1500 an dyou could wathch it and get it done. but by time the women and men are finishing your looking at around 3-4 am
Why did everyone get up at 4? I'm on the east coast and i just watch the whole thing at 11am.
