I did the following workout the other day, there was about a 10 mph wind. 4x800 in 216, 218, 215, 216. It was hard, but not all out. What do you think i can do in the mile and 3200 right now?

What was your rest?
4 mins rest jogging
Go to the track, walk to the starting line, start your watch, run 4 laps, stop your watch, and look at your watch. That is what you can run a 1600 in.
For a 3200 follow the same plan, but run 8 laps.
