Khannouchi ran 2:07 last year at London and pulled out of Chicago. He's scheduled to run London again, I believe.
So is he qualified for the OT marathon or not?

IIRC, he has qualified. In any case, I would expect him to run a qualifying time in London.
...and then be too injured to run the Trial or compete in the OG. It's truly sad not to have him represent the US, but the man has to make a living. I can respect his choices, though I wish he would make others.
