I am still in the midst of changing to running in flats. It has helped my legs (previous IT band and other injuries) feel great, but after my race this weekend my feet really hurt. Feels like there is some inflammation in the PF under the arch of the foot, very tender to the touch.
Other than barefoot striders are there other exercises I can take to strengthen my arch? A quick google search reveals some product called Yogatoes--anybody with experience with that product?
