I don't know anything about any of the mens' training except what I see on chasingKIMBIA, but if the 30k is any indication, Ben Maiyo looked much more relaxed than any of the other guys, so I'll go with him for the win. On the women's side, I can only imagine that Deena Kastor is going to run away from the field.
