I have been having problems with my ITB and it starts playing up whenever I start running. I was due to do the London Marathon and was hoping to run 3 hours 15 minutes, I know this time is a jog to most of you on here but it is looking doubtful now with this injury. I am of course gutted.
Anyhow I can do cross training, cycling, rowing and the cross trainer, even the stepper, these activities do not cause me any pain which is strange. I really want to keep my fitness level up and would really appreciate any workout suggestions for the gym.
