I pulled my left groin during a series of three days, last week. Racing, LSD and then a track work and it was really hurting. I have taken the last 6 days off (biking still) and it is barely any better. Any ideas other than RICE to get it healed within a week since I am running a Half next Sunday.
This brings me to my second question about what I could run for the Half. I have done quite a bit of distance (I did a training run of 13 in 98)and hardly any speed workouts. I did run a 7K two weekends ago in 23:54. All of my training has been at 7200+ and the race is at 5200. Any ideas of what I could run?
