I had the same problem after the London last year, I ran a really great race - faster than planned and was really satisfied that I reached the goal that I'd been training specifically for over 2 years (been running for 10 though). I haven't run properly since and have completely lost motivation and interest. I did start putting more of my energy into work, spent more time with my wife and took up kickboxing a couple of times a week. I still love running and get out a few times a week but have no interest in running competitively and now couldn't face half the training I used to do, I have definately lost that killer instinct you need to be a good runner, but it actually feels like a good thing and I'm enjoying all aspects of life more.
I love the marathon. I'm sure it will just be a few weeks until I forget all about this one and start thinking about the next one.
