I've been doing about 80 miles a week with a tempo a week and than long repeats from miles,2k's, to 2-miles. I just ran a 35:12 on a hilly course so feel i'm in around 34:30 track shape. With the outdoor season coming up in 2 weeks, i was just looking for a workout to do. I was gonna stay with miles or 2k's probably, but was also reading about 25x400 at 10k pace with a min rest. would this workout be good? any help would be appreciated.
