Here it is-
the muscle that is just above and inside the knee is weak, creating a muscle inbalance, pulling my knee cap out of allignment when I run.
I have very tight calves which causes problems in my soleus.
He gave me a bunch of excercises and a band and told me to stetch more- I do stretch a lot, but I have muscular lags.
Thanks for all the help out there, I appreciate it.
I hate being injured, at least he lets me continue to run.
