Hello.
I have not been able to run at all for a couple of weeks because of health issues, and before that was only doing about 25-30 miles a week.
It looks like my health is getting better and I want to start running again. I know that I'm supposed to build mileage gradually, but really, what would happen if next week I run 50 miles then 60, 70, and 80?
I can handle being tired and sore, so what do you say?
The idea to start running real mileage makes me so happy...I think it's worth a try. And perhaps running will make me stronger.
