Sat Workout: 16x 45 sec hill repeats, then 15 min tempo at 5:20 pace
95 miles this week:
Tues workout: 3 sets of 4x400 with 25 sec recovery between quarters and 2 min recovery between sets

Long run of 120 min
Thurs: just some sharpening with 200 striders at 32 rage
Haven't raced but to just get a qualifier and then went back to training, kind of curious how close you guys can get to my 5k i race this weekend all out. PR to date is 15:25 off of alot less training and slower workouts.
