any results of this meet yet?
what's the point of running 7.58 solo?
You know? normally I would not even comment on last post, but you know what? It does have some merit. Josh seems to run quite a few very fast solo runs, without any comp, seems like one you could pass on now and then , and/or get in there at a Terrier, or PSU or somewhere and drill somebody at some venue, when 7:58 solo fit?
Get into nationals, what's the point of running 8:00 with 6 guys in front of you?

um, most likely you were pulled to that 8 flat cuz 6 guys were in front of you
if you can 758 solo you surely can run 755 with help. 755 will get you into nationals. 758 will not.
someone like McDougal shouldnt be worried on MAKING nationals, he should be worried on WINNING it.
If his school would send him to a decent meet he would certainly have run faster and gotten into NCAAs no problem with that effort. What a shame.
Everyone donate to the 700 Club so that Liberty can travel athletes by plane!
McDougal should get his brother to pace him for 5-6 laps before he fades.... or perhaps that's what they did?

Josh just went to the front and did it by himself, he has done it before and I think he does a good job doing it that way.
Damn, my D3 school takes on better competition than that.
