I am returning after about 6 months of no running because of a stress fracture/surgery. For the past 3 months i have done at least 35 minutes a day biking, elliptical, aqua jogging, swimming laps, also weights and boxing a few days a week. However, now that i am beginning to run two or three miles a day my heartrate is extremely high and it is actually hard to run at 730 pace.
Any similiar stories like this? is it safe to assume this is normal and thigns will work out?
