Ritz cracker!
Great site. I also like the shorter interviews. Maybe date or order the interviews. Keep up the great work. Another excellent addition to sites like Letsrun, Trackshartk, Elite Running.
If you guys make it to any of the major indoor races (boston indoor, millrose) I'd love to hear what Alan Webb and Lagat have to say about their training.
Great job guys! At first I thought Flocasts was just going to interview a few people and then die out, but to my surprise, it has kept on growing and the interviews continue to be solid. Like most others, I think it would be great if you dated the broadcast of each interview. Also, interviewing some major race directors and promoters would be cool. It would be great to see that side of the sport. Keep it up!!!
One more suggestion...interview Matt Taylor. The man has dozens of really good ideas on how to improve the sport. He would be a great interview.

Letsrun favorite posters: me and my watch, 16x, Tina, Humbled, jaguar1, Mayeroff, the430miler, Flagpole.
Perhaps an interview with a nutritionist.
Detailed workouts.

Your site is excellent. Great coverage and simple, clean layout. Personally, I will take short interviews if it means there is a new one everyday. I have been amazed that you have kept it up. Great job.
Mark,
I love the site and check it daily. The one's with training footage (BYU girls, Wetmore #1, Texas) are the best. Could you get some footage out of Mammouth Lakes (Halls, Dobson, maybe?). Keep up the good work!
I'd like to see more coaches speaking on their training philosophies - generally. For instance, top-down (speed supplemented with endurance) or bottom-up (endurance supplemented with speed). That's a tall order of course, but that's what I'd like to see more of.
BTW, it's a great site! Best of luck!
Thanks for all the suggestions, we are working hard writing code and editing videos to incorporate them.
We changed our home page a little last night. We added the last 5 videos and a link to a comprehensive list of speakers. Now if you miss a day you can easily find the recent flocasts.
We still want as much feedback as possible here are a few things that has been suggested. Take a look at the site and let us know what you think.
A better calendar to easily find the videos you missed.
More questions on training.
A Wejo and Rojo Interview.
Interviews with agents and race directors, the people behind the scenes.
More Women.
More coverage of races. Did you like NCAA XC coverage we did?

Any specific question you want me to ask a specific person?

Mark, you are doing a great job. It is really interesting to hear about different aspects/philosophies of training and views of the sport by various athletes, coaches. I guess all that I would request are more interviews! I know some athletes are difficult to get, but how about Mottram or Cragg? Perhaps Cragg's view about being a white African? I would ask about Mottram but he touches on the respect the Africans have for him in 'The Big Mazungo.' Ha, whatever you can do I suppose. Thanks for making Flocasts!
so u guys are gonna be in houston...? cool, interview me
HEY MARK- Get some more of the Texas guys!
Leo
Stanley

Not everyone is a sub 4 or sub 13:30, it's nice hearing from college guys that are 14:30's for 5k, it makes it a little more normal.
AMAZING SITE! Keep it up!
