The Pats were JUGGERNAUT TEAMS a few years ago when they won all of those games. This year? They're average at best.
Logic lesson:
Pats are average.
Jets lose to Pats.
Logical conclusion: Jets are below average.
Well, it's almost impossible to make the playoffs when you defer to a rookie as your starting QB more than halfway through the season. Even John Elway wasn't that good. But, it doesn't change the fact that we own you guys. Consider yourself owned.
Ok, now that that's settled, here's how it will play out from here. Indy hosts New England for a change and the Patriots cannot beat them in the dome. Too much speed on Indy's offense to neutralize in that environment. As much as we all want the Saints to win, I'm afraid their magical season will end in Chicago, because, opposite the other game, this one is not in a dome. Rex Grossman is mediocre, at best, but unless he ROYALLY screws up, Chicago's defense will do enough to win, barely. So it will be Indy-Chicago in the Super Bore.
Indy wins it all! Chicago really isn't that good. They're merely lucky they play in the hapless NFC. All four division winners in the AFC beat the Bears. Enjoy.
"we all want the Saints to win"?
Tomlinson showed class at the end, eh?
pat's are an average team? on paper, sure. but they're doing something right - average teams don't go one win away from the super bowl
