Looks like LT reps. Assuming that you're jogging the rests, it's pretty similar to a tempo run. Good off-season, base workout.
eh looks a little fast for straight LT work. Sort of a mix between LT and VO2 max. Around 10k pace stuff. Not a bad general strengthening workout for your base though.
