I think only one 'other' is required in this sentence. Maybe replace one of them with a 'to'

I think he means the "Free Assistance Program" - FAP which helps students in need with the expenses needed to take the MCAT (the test to get into med school).

As far as getting into med school, I think given your limited language abilities you may have a tough time. Obviously there is a good chance that English is your second language and that you are from another country so I make no real predictions about you.
