Do you know what articular cartilage defects on the femoral chondyl and trochlea and the patella mean!?!?!?!?! Have you ever heard of a "Cartilage Transfer"? Have you ever heard of synthetic cartilage plugs, made by Osteobiologics?
Yea, I'm lucky alright!!
You had to take two years off due to a very bad injury? Well, la de frickin' da!!!!!!!!!!
Then when you say you can't "run very far" that says a lot....Boo hoo, I feel sorry for you that you can only manage a couple miles, instead of your usual ten.
If you want to continue "comparing" bad injuries and not being able to run I'll be waiting for your reply.
Why do you think you'd be able to PLAY PAINT BALL???
If you can't run that means you're INJURED. Which probably means it would hurt too much to run around and shoot paint.
Not being able to run means NOT BEING ABLE TO RUN!
