I'm looking to add some mass to my skinny body, nothing crazy, and was thinking about trying out a supplement such as Whey. I lift about 3-4 times a week and wanted to take something that wouldn't give me just tons of sugar, etc.
Any opinions on Whey and if its a solid choice? I saw other things out such as XXX Body Mass or something like that through GNC but it seems like its all sugars of somesort.
As you can tell, I don't know a tremendous amount about supplements, so any insight would be great, thanks!
