Keep an eye on Vanatta; I predict she has the best career of the lot. Being developed slowly, very smart parents, and she's now 2-0 against Mel and 1-0 against Hasay.
And 0-2 vs Sisson
What is your definition of successful? I think Amber Trotter her senior year would have blown out Marie Lawrence by at least 45 seconds in any race of her career, considering Marie never even won Footlocker and Trotter was going out in sub-5 and still finishing in 16:20.

Please don't drink & type!
Friends DON'T let friends type drunk!!
Mel will be an All American and will bring home points indoors and out for the Huskies. Trotter and Stamps were through way too early.
She might run cross country in college. Don't be so pedantic all the time. Get out and develop friendships. I give you permission not to be mired in this minutia.
It's MEFL.... get it right......
Is 5th the lowest she's ever finished? If it is that's amazing but too bad it happened in her last high school cross race.

Slammmed...thank you Okie.
she was second the previous three years so yes 5th is the worst. Additionally trotter never took a shot at collegiate xc she went to Middlebury and then quit running.

I was actually asking about all of her high school cross races. I know she was 4th her freshman year at regionals which is higher than 5th but was there ever another race like an invite or state in which she finished lower?
