It's the only race around for the next couple of weeks and I want to see where I'm at fitness wise. So I know where I need to work. It's short and close to home. I'll have several weeks to rest and recover afterwards, that is why I want to run it. I have been doing self myofascial release with a foam roller and going easy and stretching a lot. The e-stem earlier loosened me up good. I think I should be alright, just gonna do an easy 3 tomorrow over the course to get a feel for it and continue to stretch and rest. Thanks for your inputs, I never thought to use the "stick" (a very wonderful tool).
