Hey steven why dont you go outside and see what shade of red you turn you pumpkin besides the only man juice Im shoting is definately not going onto or anyhere near a keyboard
last time i checked pumpkins weren't red and you still can't spell...its shooting, not shoting
so what I cant type at least I can make rational decisions and move out of a room and not be a stubborn pansy,
relax.
Thanks Dillon, love you too man! I really appreciate the love from my best friend...
times were slow at KU today. Lock Haven seemed average, KU surprising.
Well that was a bit off topic... on another note, I just got some advertisement email in my inbox. The sender was Todd Cunningham... hahaha.
Ok back on topic here. Here is the link to the PSAC site.

LHU hosting at home IUP at home, Edinboro and Mansfield going to Wisconsin? How does that figure in?
Before PSAC’s Boro matches up with Mansfield once, Rock & haven Match up once and Lock and Ship Match up once, but boro and Mansfield are not up against any of the other 3 three before that. And Bloom looks surprisingly good in their first two meets.
I expect IUP to be winning championships in the next few years. The recruiting is going to really pick up. What is your opinion on this hire Hoovis II?
I personally think that the guy is a bum. He\'s hard to like...very anti-social...and on top of it, a horrible runner.
Hoovis
I'm joking of course. I actually think that the program needed/needs a change up and this will be good for it. Williams has been a perenniel D3 powerhouse.
For those wondering what's up:

the jury is still out on the new coach. i've talked to athletes on both sides of the fence and there are a lot of opinions about him. the only thing that anyone seems to agree on is that we still need a throwing coach and that hiring another sprinter was questionable.
my personal experiences with him have been limited but he seems like an alright guy who knows what he is doing, but there are a lot of politics behind the situation that are making things murkier than they need to be. either way, iup needs to stop sucking the football program's dick and start funding the track team appropriately without chad hurley having to bribe every administrator at the school.
but thats just my two cents...
p.s. chad, i got that email too. and i laughed quietly to myself.
luke...stop posting and go run. jk bro. how is your mom doing? tell her i said hi.
They invented forums to convey information, keep posting everyone.
I think it's going to be interesting to see what this coach can do. The more the competition the better the conf. will be. The coach has alot of background and alot of positive background so by the time I graduate they may be contending for the title. How's every bodies week going?
We are heading to NY friday, hopefully the weather is nice and the girls are pretty.
He may be a sprint coach, however this guy will recruit a lot and he will have a full dimensional team. He will not accept mediocrity which was the accepted norm at IUP in recent years.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
