Looks like a few PSAC alumni running in the USATF 15K Championships. With a quick glance I see Monroe, Dinzeo, Ben Robinson, Neely. I miss anybody? Any predictions?

Who cares about the PSAC alumni, it's all about Ryan Thompson crushing Wefing's time in the 1500m. He just proved that indoors was no fluke, 3:48 at this time of year is impressive.
Thoughts on PSACs?! We've been quiet...
Any early season predictions for xc season? will ship bomb again at nationals? is it another down year for the 'sac?
Its not a weak year in the PSAC, teams will have to come in ready to run if they want to see a ticket to nationals. lots of front runners will be from ship, boro, and haven once again.
^ IUP have 2 guys that could go top 5, don't sleep on them
IUP has cooper from last season but who else top 5?
Greg 'king titty' Beaudette. Best believe the 10k champion from track is looking to carry that success over to XC.
So I have heard that Monroe is not running XC saving it for grad school, and saw that Weidner has transferred to Ship. Certainly opens up the individual race. Greg B. or cooper could both do quite well.
Any thoughts on the PSAC teams/individuals so far this XC season?
Boro is looking really strong, transfer Pondel is no joke. Should in the top 3 at PSAC/regionals. How is Ktown 5th in the regional rankings right now? Ran a super fast course (Salisbury) and had decent times, but nothing special. Their freshman was impressive though. 4 teams competing for 3 spots, should get interesting...
right now ship is the only ranked team from the 'sac in 20th.. is this the lowest rankings there has ever been girls and guys combined? why is the conference experiencing such a decline? any thoughts?
hope to see the conference school out preform their current rankings throughout the rest of the season.
Two main reasons behind PSAC decline: State school system overall is in a steep decline and the conference as a whole is poorly funded. I'd be surprised if any program in the conference had even 1.0 scholarships in distance runners and some wouldn't even have that in their whole team.
With schools like Cal Baptist fully funded the struggle is real.
Has there been a major change in scholarships in the past few seasons ship/lock/boro? those three used to be ranked in the top have regularly. lock haven losing indoor might have hurt recruiting a bit this year too?
New NAIA schools with lots of $$$ making it tougher than ever to compete..
Paul Short this Friday! About to really see what some teams are looking like
Why is there a thread just for PSAC? I run in PSAC and I don't really understand why there is a thread. I'm not even mad about it, just confused.
It has been going for years Travis. Learn your history.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
