lol there is no way Boro will be 6th. I heard they are getting a transfer/Foreigner that will destroy everyone in the PSAC. They might even give SHIP a run for their money come championship time. Stay tuned
Their #7 last year ran 33:10 in track...and they lost some guys correct? I don't like to doubt Boro, but Gusew and Wefing our their front guys, and then it is all up to the rest of their guys to step up. We will see how their new coach brings them along I suppose.
Based only on looking at PSAC/Regionals and a couple season previews on their websites my guess is
Ship
Lock
IUP
Slippery Rock/Boro
Kutztown
If you looked at PSACs and regionals from last you would know Slippery Rock lost 4 of their top 5. I'm sorry but how are they even with Boro???

I'm aware of the the SR losing some of their guys. That being said, Boro is not looking too hot right now either. I've heard a rumor about one of their top 2 not being in the best condition training-wise. Beyond Gusew and Wefing they have just about nobody right now. Slippery is in the same situation with Parsons and another guy near all-region last season. So "how they are with Boro" is fairly self explanatory with that in mind.
Realistically the 3 and 4 spots in the region are wide open. IUP is not a definite, and Boro, Rock, KU, ESU and even Bloom could contend this year. All teams have the potential, but also have major weaknesses.
Coach Rohl will be running the Market Street Mile at Bloomsburg tonight. His most recent mile time is 5:51 at Youngstown state solo and he quote "had only been running for a couple of weeks". The mile is downhill, and the man looks to be in fierce shape. Predictions for his time?
The coach doesn't count. The couch can't compete, Boro fanboy.
My coach will help us k!ck everyone's @ss at PSAC. Get ready.
So what if the coach is the best guy on the team?
So what of the coach is the best looking guy on the team?
Jealous that my coach is better than yours?
Well... "So how are they with Boro" now

What did you guys think of the Kutztown meet?
Ship seemed to be resting their top guys... Mount Olive blew everyone out of the water though.
Was that Lock Haven's A squad is my question.
Yes, that was Havens A squad. Looked as if they raced without backing off. Ship didn't look like they were trying. Top 3 looked as if they were in conversation the whole race. Doing a workout maybe?
Where are Sutton and Stroh? Ship needs them if they want a deep run come Nationals.
What happened to Parsons? Saw him limping off the course around 3.5 miles in.
Who is in what race at Paul Short?
Same as always wrote:

I was there and heard Ship top guys saying they ran tempo for part of it. I didn't hear for how long though. Mount Olive front runners made a couple wrong turns after getting ahead of the cart, which stopped because there were people in the course at one point.
Strong was at the race, just didn't run. I believe you are right about Haven. Ship was definitely doing a workout though, the guys I ran near didn't put up a fight when passed.
Bloomsburg quietly put themselves in the nationals conversation
Sutton and Stroh were resting; The Ship guys I ran near were constantly checking their watches and definitely not racing. Lock on the other hand was trying hard. I wasn't up near Parsons when he dropped, but it's pretty obviously some sort of injury.
Bloom had a strong showing, I'll agree. I'm still not terribly worried about them come postseason time. The team that worries me is Edinboro.
Kutztown taking it
