Just to have a running-related thread on the boards - how have your last 4-5 weeks of running looked?

This week will be back up around 90 (29 through 2 days), and hopefully 100+ the week after that. Then a couple lighter weeks before starting up marathon preparation. With the recent heat and humidity, I think the miles are harder to recover from than they were over the winter, and I'm getting tired of drinking water.
Anyone else bored enough to chime in?
