Louie Luchini and Ben Fletcher ran 4x800, 1600, 800 and 3200 quads in 1998 in the Maine B and A meets respectively, winning all four. Unfortunately, there is no all-class meet in Maine. I highly doubt either of them could have swept the other in all four in one day.
The Taye brothers could have but for each other last year. Sintayehu ran 1:54 (relay), 4:13, 9:11 and 4x400 last year.

Yes, Merideth did win all three events in 2005.
At the New Hampshire state meet in 1998, high school teammate of mine anchored the winning 4x800 in 1:57, won the 1600 in 4:28, won the 800 in 2:01 and then placed 3rd in the 3200 with a 10:03. This was all done on the same day in 90 degree weather. None of the times are that spectacular, but a nice quadruple none-the-less.
Bridget Franek's mom and dad were both excellent runners on BGSU's teams in the early 80's. Congratulations, Tom and Rosalie (and obviously Bridget too!), if you happen to read this.

Allison Eckert did it in south dakota this past year....as a junior, she won the 800 (2:11.24), the 1600 (4:58.56) and the 3200 (10:45.10). The 800 and 1600 were closely contested but she pretty much ran away with the 3200.
My junior year of HS, there were two twin boys who won four events between the two of them at the OR Class 3 meet. One won the 800m and 100m, and the other won the 200m and 400m (if I remember correctly). I think the reason that they stacked events like that was due to the schedule. I could be wrong, it could have been 800m/200m and 100m/400m. Regardless it was really impressive. They both had long curly hair, one was blond (bleached?) and the other had dark hair.
russell brown won the 400, 800, 1600, 3200 at the nh class I champs in 2003.
Jane Larson of Washington State did it this year.
I believe Sarah Bowman's triple was one of the most impressive performances I have ever seen. While tripling, Sarah set 3 State Records(2 that she already owned) with times of: 800(2:09.32), 1600(4:41.81) and 3200(10:21.15).
Greenon, Ohio. He went to Ohio State, I think. His senior year, I believe he won the 1600, 800, 3200 and anchored the winning 4x400 all in about an hour and 20 minutes at regionals. Times weren't spectacular, but I was impressed. He ran all three inidividual events his junior and senior year, but never won all three.
Knowing the time frame that OHSAA runs their state meets on makes Franek's triple unbelievable. The time between the start of the women's 1600 and 800 is like 55 minutes. Between the start of the 800 and the start 3200, maybe 20 minutes. 4:56, 2:13, 10:46. Wow.
jsquire, you missed Katie McGregor, who also qualified - and placed- in all three races as a junior (1994), only to get DQ'ed in the 3200. Nothing like Franek's effort, though: Katie 5:01 for 2nd, 2:15 for 3rd, and right around 11:18-11:20 for roughly 3-4th. DQ was for contact, although we could never see it on the video.
It shouldn't have been a surprise she tried for all 3; South ran her in 4 races every meet, 2-3 times a week. She covered more miles in races in one season than many kids do in a career.
My HS girlfriend finished high school with 19 state titles(individual and relay) in track and cross country, anyone know of any male or female with a larger number?

This isn't true. Curtis didn't run the 3200 his senior year. He stepped out after a 1:54 800 (the 3200 comes about 25 minutes after the 800 in the Kentucky state championships. He was also a member of the 3200 meter relay team which won. But that is ran the day before the 800, 1600 and the 3200. For reference:

How did she do in subsequent years? Did she burn out?

Not trying to hijack this thread, but how's this one: win the state title in the 100 meters and cross country in the same academic year. Susan Nash (Zanesville Bishop Rosecrans) did it in the early 80s.
I too saw Russel Brown at the NH class I meet. He beat me and my teammate in the mile and the 800. I think his times were 49, 1:58, 4:27, and 9:58. He may have run on the 4x4 also.
