the issue is how sensitive the test is and where the tester decides a "positive" will be. put another way, every test will set a threshold for positives. this will impact "false positives" etc. it will also be affected by which metabolites are tested for.

as far as your personal experience, i will take the opinions of the people at the wisconsin office of toxicology, who have put on numerous classes i have attended over yours (especially since they are the ones that testify in court in wisconsin).

as an aside, as far as hair tests, as i recall those are the LEAST accurate tests.

its is 100% impossible to predict how long pot stays in your system, everyones genetics react differently, and it never stays in your system the same length, u could smoke for a week and it be gone in 5 days, or smoke for a week and it be gone in 30 days.

thc is fat soluble with an average clearance time of 30 days... there is a herbal tea that can oush it out of your system, much faster, all drinking water does is dilute the sample, not eliminate it.

Exactly. The guys who make these blanket statements about weed probably have gotten blind drunk on occasion which is a lot harder on your body than sparking a joint once in a while. Do a little research before you type that drivel.

I tried it for the first time about 3-4 weeks ago and I'm getting a drug test on Tuesday. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

I run about 45 minutes a day.

Those are all POSITIVES you're listng, that we are supposeed to try to get done. Pot smoking is a NEGATIVE that we need to stay away from. They are TWO different things.

Seriously though, I'm aware pot isn't that big a deal, but if you are an athlete who values their cardiovascular system, then you are a plain and simple fool for putting smoke and chemicals directly into your lungs. We are runners people! Think about it! Anyways, if you are smoking pot, then you have some emotional problems that need to be addressed first, or you wouldn't need a drug to get your mind to a pleasurable state. In other words, you are not a happy person, and that is the saddest part about any of this.

Aren't there some places that can test for Goldenseal? I do not really know what it is, except that it is supposed to cover up drugs. If places can test for it, many of them will assume a positive based on the fact that there is no reason to take a masking agent unless you use drugs. Something to think about. Maybe Goldenseal is not a traditional masking agent?[

"goldenseal" is NOT a masking agent. it does nothing to help you pass a drug test.
