Depends on how much you smoked and how often you smoke. It can stay in your system as much as 3-4 weeks if you are a heavy, regular smoker and you smoke alot at once. If it's your first time and you only took a few hits then it should be out of your system in less than a week. I'd say you'll be clean as a whistle in a few days.

To rid pot out of the system in 3weeks to a month, here's what you do:

1)drink cranberry juice. TONS of it. constantly.

2)drink apple juice, not as much as cranberry but a good amount.

3)Take garlic and zinc pills. This would break up the pot on the system.

Is it a hair sample? If so, cut your hair as it stays on your hair shaft forever...in your system, I think it is about a month...but I really don't know

For a first time user, it will be out of your system for a urine test within about 4-6 days.

If you are a runner, then just keep running and drinking water like u normally would and you will be free to take a test within 5 days.

Got tested last summer 5 days after smoking 2 nights in a row. Was fine. If you run every day and you dont smoke a whole lot, its gone in a matter of days.

The testing threshold is pretty high to avoid false positives. One or two .5 gm joints and a urine test or a hair test you will do just fine 4 or 5 days later. If your going to be doing the kind of work or want to work for a company that drug tests stop now or find another line of work. And there is a lot of work that is fun an you are never drug tested. (Teacher)

Yea, defintely run a lot. Sweat the pot outta your system. Drink the cranberry juice and you'll be fine dude.

U should be fine. Since it was your first time it's likely you didn't inhale large amounts. Second, you are a runner, it will get out of your system pretty fast. In, your case i would say within the next 5 days or so. If you are that paranoid, take a Bcomplex pill if you can get one or something with goldenseal, or niacin. Drink lots of water, cranberry juice helps to.

Don't sweat it you'll be fine. One of my friend's Dad told him he was gunna drug test him. He had been smoking for like a couple week pretty much everyday. I told him to run with a sweater and sweat as much as possible and drink water like mad. And i gave him like 12 B Complex which has a lot of niacin in it and like 5 goldenseal pills. He passed the test givin to him about 4 days later.

NO.

back when i did a lot of criminal cases and i took the drug classes it was made clear that thc can be detectable (depending on the test) in urine for up to about 90 days. as a practical matter it is much less than this given the specific metabolites tested for.

the thc/metabolites work into the fat and it takes TIME to break them down. going for a run, drinking water, cranberry juice et al will not have any impact at all.
