Amusan's star power won't save her here like it did at African Games.

Amusan with another false start and another tantrum. Classic
Where is Barega .
I love how consistently stacked the 100m hurdles is.
This meet seems a dud sadly. Almost all of the athletes who raced last week look pretty tired.
Here's what Emma Coburn told me about her DNF:
"Tweaked my ankle on the water jump with 2k to go. Felt really strong before that. Unfortunate situation for sure but I’m confident in my fitness right now.”
Clayton Murphy, getting stronger, 3rd.
The live results page was working earlier. Now constant loading for me. Really ridiculous for the top level of track.
Just watched BBC coverage and no mention of Coburndropping but saw more of race. Can watch with VPN
Much better run from Ethan Hussey this week.
I wonder if the BBC is the only national broadcaster who would not mention their sole representative in the race once, despite him being in the top four for most of it?
Another stinky run from Richardson. That's what you get for not congratulating the Aussie last week buddy.
So what do we all think we'll see of the 5000? First lap and last lap?
Who says “2k to go” in a 3k race?
“to go” usually implies you are at least in the second half of the race.
Mondo going for 6.25m!!
(1) Looks like Megan Keith almost perfectly even-split that PB today.
(2) The Daniels Equivalent of her 30:37 at The TEN is 14:43, which is what she ran today. 👀
Will Keith run the 5, 10 or both at the Olympics?
I thought it was just me. I was driving out to the office and kind of trying to watch it on my phone but thought it was stuck on an ad. Kept hitting rewind and all I saw was ads or field events. How much of th race did they show on the US broadcast? Although to be fair- what a boring race. a blowout when the winning time is just 9:07?
I hate to say it but Coburn is done as a player on the international scene. She may make a team or two but that's my gut instinct.
No hemp allowed in China.

22.50 was the slowest 200m winning time in a Diamond League last year. Daryll Neita (who didn't run in Xiamen) just ran 22.62 but still crushed everyone today.
Only 23.11 for Sha'Carri in 3rd. Not a great trip to China for her.
Think the BBC are just showing the world feed, they did talk about him after the race though
BREAKING: Leonard Korir not going to Paris! 11 Universality athletes get in ahead of him!
Hicham El Guerrouj is back baby! Runs Community Mile in Oxford
What is the threshold that separates a "hobbyjogger" from a "sub-elite" runner?
What is the most stupid running advice you've ever heard?🤣(It can be funny)
Are Asics, Saucony, and New Balance envious of Brooks, Hoka ,and On?
