How many should i do for xc build I did 22 for track how many this summer
Do you want to be good?
If so you should be running at least 50mpw. Build up 10% more each week. 50mpw isn't a lot either. 22mpw is nothing
But i'm in 7th grade going into 8th
Going into 8th grade? 30-35 mpw sounds right. You should be playing pick up soccer/basketball, riding bikes, swimming, disc golf, tennis/pickleball and other any other sport you enjoy to compliment it.
35-40 mpw next summer. Save the heavy run specific training/any weight lifting until after puberty, some calisthenics are OK now.
