Getting ready for my 2nd marathon that’s going to be in late October. First one was just for fun with my family.
Ive always been a solid runner, broke 14:00 in the 5k and ran 28:40 in 10k in college 2 years ago. Took a long hiatus from running and put on some pounds, but really want to run around 2:45.
anyone have advice on starting this build? I want to keep lifting a few days a week as well but I’ve also never really seriously trained for a marathon.
