So there is this girl on my team, she is continuing to ask me questions on how to improve her mile time. She just asked me a question on if it would be a good idea to run a 3200 meter, 300 hurdles, 200 meters, and throw a shot put at a region meet this Thursday. When there is an invite this Saturday! Is it possible for other people to recover this fast?! I want to hear from you guys. I personally have never tried doing this many events before an important race, because I don’t think I could recover. But every one is different. The thing is this girl is a freshman and I don’t want to hold her back from trying new things , I just don’t think it’s the smartest to do it if she wants to run a fast time on Saturday…..If she wants to run her PR this Saturday is running this many events a good idea?!
