I’m a freshman in college I run 15:10 in the 5k, and am about to do a trail 50k run with 7,000 feet of elevation what’s my race plan to hopefully win or just run fast. Do I push downs and flats or do i just keep consistent. Any tips would be helpful including fueling, what to run with etc. There are 7 fueling stops. ( I will also probably race this in pegasus)
