I am a 400 800 runner and last year I did the whole milage thing peaking at 50mpw. My Prs are 50.9, 1:55 and 4:40 (although I barely ran it and prob could have ran 4:28-4:30). I am running in college in Canada next year which does like 300,600,1000 instead and I really want to focus on the 600. They also only have indoor seasons. Right now the biggest thing holding me back is my 200 (23.9) so what do you guys think about skipping out on the whole milage and instead doing like a summer season focused on the 200 and trying to get as close to breaking 23 as possible.
