If you see someone with no luggage in a car t-shirt it's me.

I don’t get nervous that the plane will crash. But I get nervous that we will hit a lot of turbulence and I will get motion sickness. the last couple years I haven’t had any issues. A few years ago I was on a bumpy flight and was close to throwing up and I became aware that the seat pockets don’t have throw up bags like they used to. I was worried I might get sick and having no bag handy was not a good feeling. .
a long time ago I did throw up after a bumpy flight once we landed and I was walking off the plane. that was embarrassing.
every major airport is full of abandoned bags, crazy and/or weird people, etc. The security does nothing. How can they, it's normal and always has been. Can't treat normal like a threat.
If a bag got through security, it's probably clean. If the crazy got through security, they aren't particularly well armed
Methinks you missed more than half your classes.
Not going to the airport per se, coz could just be going to welcome a friend or family or wishing them goodbye. But a bit when it is to take a flight. Usually this nervousness lasts until the actual day of the flight.
I so get that turbulence thing. Was just on two flights back from the Maldives yesterday. We hit a bit of turbulence on both flights. I wondered once again what the hell I was doing on a plane.
Ask Ukraine how good Iranian drones are.
Man, growing up I used to get so motion sick, it was guaranteed I'd puke on a plane ride every time. Not sure why my parents didn't try harder to do anything about it, but we would take 15+ hour flights multiple times a year to visit family in Asia, and these flights were literal hell. I'm sure they were for the people sitting around me too...
It did instill some kind of neurosis in me about always having a barf bag if there's even a tiny chance of me becoming nauseous.
Since becoming an adult, Dramamine works wonders, and it's 100% worth it to avoid the possibility of puking on the plane/the anxiety around that possibility.
More vowels can be relaxing and make you less Nrvous, Trvlr. Take a fell breath and say aaaaaah.
Fly with me and no terrorist is doing anything. I’ll kick their butt like marky mark Wahlberg
Driving a car is way more dangerous then any plane you can take. You have conjured this in your head. So unconjure it. lolol flying is way more regulated then driving a car. with your kind of fear. Why wouldnt you be more scared to drive in a vehicle then a plane?
People often feel more safe in a car because they feel like they have more control.
Yes, I always get a little excitement/nervousness! But not in the sense that I fear like something's going to go wrong.
You getting nervous about it won't change anything so you might as well relax. The best you can do is keep your seatbelt on at all times. Everything else is out of your control.
SMH....whyt MFs never cease to amaze me with their white supremacist ignorance BS
So, this is racism. "DEI stuff going on...sat around watching basketball..." Which basketball-watching part of DEI are you referring to? Don't answer because it's obvious what you're trying to say. Stop it. You are being racist.
The quote didn't attach, and I want the mods to find this. Ding, ding, ding! Racism.
Lotta bad drivers out there. The worst is getting stuck under a gas truck!
Are they running races? I can't think of anyone currently doing that (40 races a year, nearly all 4,000mi round-trip) in distance running. It would also be nearly impossible in the other sports I have done ... road cycling, ultra-distance cycling, mtb racing, gravel racing, triathlon, Nordic ski racing, rowing. You either couldn't find 40 weeks of races worth traveling to, or they wouldn't all be 2000 miles from you, or you wouldn't travel back home between every race, or you would just get too tired traveling two days per week and racing one, for 40 nearly nonstop weeks.
Steve Scott raced 35-40 times most years, but was based close to the races in Europe for about 20 of those.
if you live in the US you should be nervous about going to school, work, church, the movies, the mall, and a bunch of other places.
airport security is good and flying is safe.
