I am currently a high school senior. After a strong XC season I started feeling pain and was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. Three months later, even after lots of stretching and exercises the pain is still there. I know I won't be able to run this season, but as I prepare for college running it has become increasingly hard to stay motivated. Is there any way to stay motivated with no end to the injury in sight, and any tips to finally get rid of plantar fasciitis?
