My 19-year-old son wants to train to run the 60-meter-dash, 100-meter-dash, and 200-meter-dash this spring as part of still trying to get recruited for college football for Fall 2024. He came home early from a postgraduate year at a boarding school due to, inter alia, a lack of track and field facilities in that area.
Yes, I know that it's late in the game, but he is still at it.
I think he is about a year too old for youth track clubs.
If he doesn't fit what your club does, can someone recommend a club appropriate for his age and goals? We are in South Riding, Virginia.
