it was a 3200. Also ran a 56.8 400
If you can split next race better I could see you dipping just under 4:40 or 4:40 flat
Try going out in 70-71 and see what you can do from there

spikes help but not a ton so if you dont have the money dont worry about it for now
do they help by like multiple seconds?
they mostly make you feel faster
if i was you I would start training to get 1% better
this means stuff like doing form every week
daily stretching
single leg plyos
recovery
diet
stuff like that outside of the normal workouts
