She is the fastest of all time. It really isn't close since she is a sophomore. The Tuohy nuts went on and on for years about Tuohy being faster than the pros because she was younger. Suddenly the argument all changes. Nobody runs the 5k. Running fast at a young age will burn her.out. She isn't as fast at a different distance.
Not sure that applies to the 5000 and 10000 though given where NCAA times are now. Leachman now has both the indoor and outdoor 5000 records btw. Tuohy had the indoor record while Cook had the outdoor record having bested Hutchins mark. For the 3200 I think you need to consider 3000 times (adjusted) as well which will include a few 3000 times very close to 9:00 such as Efraimson, Rainsberger and Shea as well as Tuohy and now Leachman.

Correct - plus she is under the guidance of someone not trying to enhance a resume, and who wants her to remain healthy.
